Shipping Policy

We can only send orders to street address in Malaysia. We do not deliver to p.o. box address. At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment. We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

Delivery lead times are as follows:
– West Malaysia : RM15 using J&T courier service 2 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
– East Malaysia : RM20 using J&T courier service 2 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Oversea services:
– Due to time-consuming and complicated return procedure of overseas parcel, we do not provide return service to overseas members. Before making your payment, please make sure that your color and size are accurate when placing an order. We appreciate your understanding. Finishing your order indicates that you agree with our policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Contact Us page or Customer Support which is located at bottom right icon. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or fruits) or personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
